Best MacBook Deals: Up to $200 in Savings on M2 and M3 MacBook Pro
Given that Apple is known for its premium pricing, grabbing one of these deals will help save you some cash.
Apple is well known for its laptops, especially the MacBook Air, which is not only thin and light but is also one of the best laptops for battery life on the market. Apple also manages to take a few spots on our list of best laptops, so it's not surprising that many people would love to own or work on an Apple laptop. Being the best means that Apple laptops are priced at a premium, and while there aren't always a lot of great deals around, we've collected the best deals we could find across various configurations and models.
Many retailers start "Black Friday" sales as early as Halloween, or even earlier. The quality of deals can vary early on, but as November progresses, many of the deals are as good as the deep discounts you’ll see during Thanksgiving weekend. See the best Black Friday deals we’ve found, and keep up with all the latest deals with our full Black Friday live blog coverage.
While there aren't discounts on everything, we update this page regularly, so be sure to check back for any new deals.

US pricing for Apple MacBooks
While Amazon and B&H Photo have the best prices at the moment, one benefit to paying full price and buying from Apple is that you can customize the machine and add more RAM or a higher-capacity solid-state drive. The models sold by Amazon and other retailers are fixed configurations.
Want to go the refurbished route? You can find refurbished MacBooks on Apple's Certified Refurbished Mac page. Refurb inventory changes rapidly so you may not always see the latest MacBook Air or Pro listed. It's worth keeping an eye out, however, because you can lock in substantial savings.
It's also worth noting that the Apple Store offers students an educational discount, which can trim hundreds of dollars from the price of a new laptop or tablet.

Best MacBook deals
You can grab the M1 MacBook Air 256GB version in either Silver or Space Grey from B&H Photo or Amazon for $849, which is $150 off its list price. Sadly, B&H doesn't have any discounts on the Gold color, but Amazon does for $950, which is a $50 discount.
Now is a great time to pick up the latest MacBook Air. Stock is thin at Amazon, but you can save $150 on the baseline 256GB and 512GB models at Best Buy. You can save an extra $50 if you're a My Best Buy Plus or Total member, bringing the total discount to $200. Read our M2 Apple MacBook Air review.
The new MacBook Air features a 15.3-inch display powered by Apple's M2 chip and 8GB of RAM along with a Touch ID sensor, two USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, MagSafe charger and 18-hour battery life. You can pick up the 256GB at Amazon with a $250 discount and the 512GB model at B&H Photo with a $200 discount.
Aside from the new M2 chip, the updated 13-inch MacBook Pro remains mostly unchanged from the previous iteration. It lacks the new MagSafe charger and offers the same two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports for both charging and peripherals. You can grab the baseline model for $1,199, which isn't the biggest discount we've seen, but it's better than paying full price.
The baseline model of the new 14-inch MacBook Pro costs $1,999 and features Apple's M2 Pro processor (10-core CPU and 16-core GPU), 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. You can grab it for a pretty great $200 discount from B&H Photo, which brings its price down to $1,799.
The baseline model of the new 16-inch MacBook Pro costs $2,499 and features Apple's powerful M2 Pro processor (12-core CPU and 19-core GPU), 16GB of RAM and a 512GB solid-state drive. As with the smaller 14-inch model, it's hard to find a 16-inch MacBook Pro in stock and impossible to find a discount for it.
While the latest M3 MacBook Pro 14 isn't out yet, you can still preorder it and get a nice discount from Best Buy if you're a My Best Buy Plus or Total member. The current deal is $50 off, but we've seen it for $100 off.
Much like the M3 Apple MacBook Pro 14, the 16-inch model is also on preorder, but you can grab a $50 discount from Best Buy if you're a My Best Buy Plus or Total member.
