All damage/out-of-warranty malfunction replacements: $99

Unlimited cracked screen repair: $29 each time

Payment method: Credit card provided at time of enrollment.

Device claim maximum: $3,500 Your device claim maximum applies to each claim.

Max number of insurance claims in 12 months: You can file up to 3 claims every 12 months.

Claims may be fulfilled with new, refurbished, or remanufactured device and may be the same model or another model of like kind and quality. Replacement device may contain original or non-original replacement parts. Colors, features, and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed. Your terms and conditions include a binding individual arbitration provision unless state exceptions apply. Deductibles vary by device.
